Madison Capital Executive Apartments is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team in the Room Attendant - Housekeeping department. This casual position offers a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A positive attitude, friendly nature, and genuine passion for customer service.
  • Previous housekeeping/commercial cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel.
  • Excellent cleaning skills, attention to detail, and high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (shifts generally between 8am – 4pm).
