About Us: Superhost Union is a leading property management company specializing in Airbnb and vacation rental properties in Canberra. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining properties to the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Property Cleaner/contractor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Airbnb properties are spotless, organized, and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Restocking essential items such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and linens.
  • Laundry duties including washing, drying, and arranging guest room linens.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure all areas of the property meet cleanliness standards.
  • Promptly reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the management team.
  • Ensuring all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and stored.
  • Adhering to a strict schedule to ensure properties are guest-ready at specified times.
  • Following company protocols for safety and security.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years cleaning or housekeeping experience.
  • Must have a vehicle and a driver lisence, free parking is provided.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of best practices related to cleaning and hygiene.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends. 5 days availibilty is a must.
  • ABN is required
