Tannertrack is looking for a competent person to join the team.

The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Technician to join our team in Pakenham. You will be mechanically minded with the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of tractor products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty however most of our work is on machines that are new or low hours.

You will be a highly energetic person that takes pride in their work and their working environment to maintain our company standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out in house service and repairs
  • On-site service and repairs
  • Diagnosing and fault finding
  • Pre Delivery of new machines
  • Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
  • Providing quality customer service at all times
  • Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
  • You must be able to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times.

To be successful you will have:

  • Relevant Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Must possess a current forklift ticket and a drivers licence
  • Have mechanical aptitude.
  • Background in hydraulics and Tractors ( or the willingness to learn)
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Drivers License

Product knowledge in Tractors or earth moving equipment will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics. Previous car motor mechanic experience is also a bonus. You will receive on the job training must be able to follow instructions, learn quickly and work autonomously in order to meet customer's demands.
