As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Support Analyst (Key Accounts) to join our Bankstown team — someone who's highly
organised, data-driven, and passionate about supporting great customer outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this role provides critical support in managing customer orders, analysing sales data, and
coordinating with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely results.
You'll combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to order management, ensuring our major retail customers receive exceptional
service and reliable communication.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate and process customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
● Validate data and ensure accuracy across sales systems and reports.
● Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth workflow.
● Prepare and analyse sales reports, product performance insights, and customer summaries.
● Assist with range reviews, promotional tracking, and seasonal planning.
● Support the Key Account Manager with customer communications and export documentation.
● Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
About You
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You're analytical, detail-focused, and proactive — equally
comfortable managing spreadsheets as you are collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You'll bring:
● 2–4 years' experience in sales support, account coordination, or sales operations (retail, FMCG, or distribution preferred).
● Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation).
● Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
● Clear, confident communication and problem-solving skills.
● A proactive approach and a team-first mindset.
● Exposure to export documentation or wholesale order processing (desirable)
