For the 2026 academic year, the School is seeking to appoint a passionate, dynamic and experienced Primary Teacher with an authentic commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of students, who will embrace the Christian ethos of the School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with NESA curriculum standards for K-6.
  • Design learning experiences that support a diverse range of student needs through differentiated instruction.
  • Integrate digital tools into classroom practice to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Use student learning data to inform planning, assessment, and instruction.
  • Contribute to the school's Deep Learning and Professional Learning Team (PLT) programs.
  • Participate in co-curricular and pastoral care programs as part of whole-school community engagement.

Essential Requirements:

  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher accreditation.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment.
  • Understanding of, or willingness to adopt, Deep Learning pedagogies and evidence-based best practice.
  • Commitment to the values and Christian ethos of the Anglican Diocese of Grafton.
