We're thrilled to announce the upcoming reopening of our beloved Australian Hotel Bistro, and we're on the lookout for passionate and skilled commercial kitchen staff to join our vibrant team. About the Role

As a member of our kitchen team, you'll play a key role in delivering a menu that champions quality and flavour. We're committed to preparing as much as possible in-house, so you'll have the opportunity to work with fresh ingredients and showcase your culinary skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Positions Available

· Chefs (Head Chef, Sous Chef, Line Cooks)

· Kitchen Hands

· Prep Cooks

· Dishwashers

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing, cooking and plating menu items

· Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

· Upholding food safety and hygiene standards

· Collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch service

· Participating in menu development

About You

· Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred (but not essential for kitchen hand roles)

· Passion for making quality food using fresh ingredients

· Strong work ethic and reliability

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

· Great communication skills and a positive attitude
