About the role
We're looking for passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Gold Coast Harbour Town Store.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for inventory management, product sell-through, visual merchandising, sales and budget management and most importantly providing amazing customer service.
What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and assistance

Maintaining a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment

Efficiently handling sales transactions and cash handling duties
-
Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
-
Promoting and selling our premium athletic apparel and accessories

Supporting the store manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
What we're looking for

Retail store management / 2IC experience is essential

Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Effective roster management

A flair for apparel, merchandising and a passion for exceptional customer service

A strong interest in developing beneficial community relationships with local complimentary businesses and brand ambassadors
