About the role:

We are seeking an agile Business Support Officer, with strong administration experience to join our Operations Support Team. In this role, you will be an all‑rounder who manages project administration, supporting the Technical team to deliver successful outcomes. You'll provide clarity and confidence to managers by coordinating deadlines, ensuring effective communication, and managing legislative requirements. Alongside project support, you'll handle key office administration tasks, bringing exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to every aspect of the role. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives on structure, stakeholder engagement, and helping projects run smoothly.

Some key tasks are:

  • Accurate data entry in all databases in conjunction with file/document management system in accordance with quality processes.
  • Ensure all client correspondence/liaison is conducted in a professional and effective manner, through all forms of communication.
  • Assist with the development of clear written procedures to meet project and company workflow objectives and provide training to fellow team members.
  • Assist in the production of high-quality project support including processing Certificates, Reports, local authority lodgements and any other legislative documents across all states.
  • Process project registration requests and action database searches to obtain all relevant information to complete project setup.
  • Consistently manage own workload for completion of allocated tasks with a high level of organisation and accuracy to ensure deadlines are met. Communicate to clients and management of any anticipated delays.
