The Role

We are looking for a arabic speaking support workers who are more than just task-doers. We want people who are genuinely caring, compassionate, and reliable — people who bring heart and initiative to their work every day.

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide personalised daily living and community access supports.
  • Build meaningful connections and promote independence.
  • Be proactive, attentive, and responsive to participants' needs.
  • Represent with professionalism and respect at all times.

Requirements

  • MUST speak ARABIC
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Working With Children Check.
  • Police Check.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Previous experience in disability support or community services is an advantage, but heart and attitude are what matter most.
