Digital Marketing Analyst – Excelerate Consulting (Sydney, Australia)

Excelerate Consulting is a specialist training and consulting firm partnering with leading banks and financial institutions across Australia and internationally. We design and deliver immersive banking simulations and capability programs that help professionals at all levels make better commercial decisions, strengthen collaboration, and drive business performance.

We're looking for a talented and motivated Digitial Marketing Analyst to support our growth by providing regular updates to the market on a monthly, quaterly, and semi-annual basis.

What you'll do

  • Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other channels
  • Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-generation funnels
  • Assist in building automated marketing workflows to nurture leads and improve client engagement
  • Maintain and update website and email marketing tools
  • Contribute innovative ideas for storytelling, branding, and visual assets

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Canva skills and a strong creative eye for design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to autonomously manage projects and drive outcomes
  • Interest in the financial sector and willingness to develop banking literacy
  • Some familiarity with analytics, market research, or financial data is a bonus
  • Experience with marketing automation tools or building funnels is highly valued
  • Attention to detail - get things right the first time
