**Role Overview**:
As a Data / Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lead Data Analyst and diverse teams make essential commercial decisions, including pricing strategies, competitor response tactics, and evaluating the impact of their market offerings. Your work will contribute to shaping effective customer acquisition and retention campaigns. This position requires exceptional analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of strategic marketing principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and sustain Looker dashboards to illustrate crucial metrics and trends.
- Perform thorough analysis of delivery data to derive insights on business performance, pinpoint trends pertinent to business goals, and formulate business cases to bolster decision-making.
- Oversee data integrity, precision, and database management to bolster decision-making procedures.
- Collect requirements and engage with internal stakeholders to harmonize data analysis with business requisites.
- Offer stakeholders valuable insights and reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Comprehend business processes, detect areas for enhancement, and recommend solutions
- 2+ years of experience as Data/Reporting Analyst
- Analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of pricing models and software.
- Curiosity and ability to recognize trends and correlations.
- Strong math, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- SQL / Python scripting experience
- Commercial, Financial, Pricing Analysis and Reporting
- Experience with analytics suites like Looker ideally, Google Analytics, SSRS, etc.
- Degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting.
