National 360's 12-month Graduate Experience, '360 GO,' is the perfect opportunity for graduates to seamlessly transition from university to a rewarding full-time career. Available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS, and SA, this program is designed to equip graduates with the skills and support needed to step into the role of Therapist with confidence.
The '360 GO' experience is thoughtfully structured to provide hands-on exposure to all key areas of practice, ensuring graduates gain real-world knowledge and experience. Through tailored learning modules, practical tasks, workshops, dedicated supervision, and clinical mentoring, graduates will develop the core competencies needed for success, all guided by a Graduate Passport that tracks their journey every step of the way.
- Simulated Practice: Our Simulated Practice sessions provide a safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios before your first client session.
- Experiential Discovery: This is a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations. Allowing you to connect new information to existing knowledge, with everyday applications to enhance the learning process.
- Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise by strengthening your theoretical foundation through engaging in immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by subject matter experts.
- Individualised Development: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence. Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload, we'll be with you each step along the way.
National 360 started in 2006 when Founder Heidi Long launched a community-based allied health practice. Since then, we've expanded to 22 offices across TAS, VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and WA, building strong community connections and a reputation for excellence in therapy for children and adults. As an NDIS-registered provider, we've supported clients with services such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, behaviour support, and early childhood services.
