We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Reservations Coordinator to join our friendly, dynamic team on a full-time basis.

This role is perfect for locals or those looking to relocate from Perth, with on-site accommodation available. If you're passionate about tourism, travel, and events, this could be your next big adventure

About the Role

As the central point of contact for all visitor bookings, you'll manage reservations for the resort and restaurant, handling bus and tour group requests primarily via phone and email. Full training will be provided.

Your day-to-day impact

  • Managing tour group bookings, completing reservations, and updating records
  • Processing payments and reconciling accounts accurately
  • Troubleshooting booking challenges
  • Liaising with the restaurant to ensure menus and function offerings are up to date
  • Coordinating with marketing to maintain current website and social media content
  • Providing guests with information on rooms, services, and local attractions
  • Acting as the central contact for all functions and event bookings
  • Supporting event planning and assisting with setup, inspections, and on-the-day queries
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues, guests, suppliers, and contractors

What you'll bring to the team

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Events (desirable)
  • Previous hospitality, hotel, or accommodation experience
  • Experience in group reservations, event coordination, or venue operations
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Creative approach to delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Current RSA certificate and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Knowledge of safe and hygienic work practices
