About the RoleAs an Associate within the Client Service team, you'll support the end-to-end servicing of investors across a market portfolio. You'll coordinate operational deliverables, manage reporting workflows, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clients receive accurate, timely and proactive information.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the delivery of capital call and distribution notices.
  • Coordinating client reporting, management reporting and regulatory reporting.
  • Responding to operational client queries, including FUM, capital activity, and fees & expenses.
  • Overseeing team inbox and workflow management to maintain service standards.
  • Performing high-quality checks on reporting outputs.
  • Identifying process improvements to streamline reporting and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Supporting broader business projects and operational initiatives.

About You:

  • Experience in financial services, asset management or investor relations.
  • Experience servicing institutional clients or supporting client operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
