We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing paediatric private practice, centrally located in North Perth.
As part of our team, you'll work with a diverse caseload of private and NDIS clients to help children achieve their communication and participation goals. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy — all while being supported by a friendly, experienced, neuro-affirming and collaborative team.

About the RoleThis role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a locally owned paediatric practice.
In this role, you will:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical support to early-career speech pathologists and students, helping them grow with confidence.
- Manage a diverse and rewarding paediatric caseload with children ranging from 1 to 17 years old, delivering evidence-based therapy that makes a real difference for children and families.
- Lead the development of new programs, resources, and therapy approaches that enhance our service and client outcomes.
- Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to deliver holistic, family-centred care.
- Play an active role in our leadership team—sharing ideas, fostering collaboration, and driving a positive, supportive team culture.
- Have the opportunity to be part of a diagnostic team.

You are an enthusiastic, neuro-affirming, and caring Speech Pathologist with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children and families. Experience with children and/or individuals with disabilities is valued but not essential.
You'll need:
- A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
