About Us

Altitude Access is a specialist rope access company focused on quality, safety, and delivering outstanding service on complex building façade projects. We work with leading contractors and building managers across Sydney, carrying out remedial, painting, and construction support works in hard-to-access areas.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Rope Access Technician with a strong background in remedial and construction works. The role will involve working at heights via rope access to deliver a variety of tasks on building facades and structures, including:

  • Concrete and render repairs
  • Sealant and joint replacements
  • Crack injection and patching
  • Façade inspections and reporting
  • Waterproofing and membrane application
  • Assisting with general construction works in difficult access areas

What We're Looking For

  • IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Rope Access certification (current)
  • Proven experience in remedial works and/or construction (concrete, carpentry, waterproofing, or general building trades)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Ability to work safely and follow procedures to the highest standard
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
