We're looking for an experienced Retail Buyer to join our team in a full-time role and lead the sourcing, planning, and supplier management side of our business. You'll play a key role in ensuring we have the right stock, at the right time, for the right price.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and sales data to guide purchasing decisions

  • Identify and source new products based on trends and customer needs

  • Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and promotions with suppliers

  • Plan seasonal product ranges in line with budgets

  • Work with sales and marketing teams on stock displays and promotions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail buying or procurement

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to plan ahead and spot product trends

  • Familiarity with inventory and ordering systems

  • Background in retail, supply chain or business is a bonus
