**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity at our Aura development site in Caloundra. Working closely with your Sales Professionals, take an active part in supporting across all stages of the sales process and through the customer’s journey.

This full time, permanent position, is 5 days/week (including weekends), with allocated days off during the week. Along with a competitive salary package (base and super), you can earn quarterly bonuses and commission.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Be the first point of contact for all sales and after sales inquiries, providing initial guidance before passing them on to your Sales Professionals
- Deliver outstanding customer service to everyone who engages with Stockland
- Keep potential home buyers informed about new releases, home designs, events and promotions
- Maintain and update sales systems, processes and procedures

**About you**

- A solid background in customer service, with experience in sales support or administrative roles within real estate, other property developers, home builders, or retail or hospitality, where daily face-to-face customer interactions are a key part of your role
- Proficiency in delivering high-quality administrative tasks and being tech savvy
- Strong organisational skills, effective time management and the ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to engage and build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Motivation to work independently or as part of a team
- Own reliable transport and full drivers’ licence are required to commute to/from work
