We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Credit Analyst to join the team. You'll play a key role in turning client goals into approved loans, efficiently and accurately

The Role

You'll support our brokers by managing residential home loan applications. That means structuring deals, researching lender policies, managing documentation, and keeping things moving toward settlement.

Your job is to make the process seamless, for both brokers and clients, by combining analytical thinking with clear communication.

What You'll Do

  • Assess client scenarios and structure home loan applications for optimal outcomes
  • Research and apply lender policies, products, and government schemes
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements
  • Collect and verify supporting documentation (income, ID, valuations, etc.)
  • Maintain CRM and compliance documentation to aggregator and audit standards
  • Provide updates and education to clients on progress — not just what is happening, but why
  • Contribute ideas to streamline systems and improve client experience

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in credit analysis, loan processing, or residential lending

  • Solid understanding of lender policies, serviceability calculators, and loan structures
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Clear communication skills, you can explain complex lending terms simply and confidently
  • A client-first mindset. You care about long-term outcomes
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset- you like solving puzzles, not creating new ones
