Service Receptionist / Clerk

About the role

You don't need experience in the automotive industry – we're looking for the right attitude. If you're keen to learn, organised and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Taking bookings and service enquiries
  • Managing the daily schedule and workshop bookings
  • Working closely with the Service Manager and Technicians
  • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Processing payments and assisting with warranty claims
  • Coordinating courtesy vehicles
  • Being part of a team that values communication, integrity and good energy

A valid driver's licence is essential.
