Are you a front-of-house supervisor, duty manager, or Assistant manager and looking for your next challenge? We are looking for someone to come and work alongside our Restaurant Manager and develop for a smooth transition into the Restaurant manager role next year as they move into another role within the company.
Are you looking for a change from City life? Want to spend your days by the Sea, the Bellarine Peninsula offers countless beaches, wineries and other attractions, major retailers, hospitals, schools, and sporting facilities less than 25 minutes from Geelong or just an hour up the freeway to Melbourne.
Set over the water's edge, The Dunes Ocean Grove is a local favourite and tourists alike.
We operate our restaurant daily from 11:30 a.m. for Lunch and Dinner, with Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Our Takeaway kiosk is open from 6:30 am every day.

What will you bring to the venue;
- You're a proven leader with 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant manager or supervisor and wanting your next opportunity.
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Proven stable employment history with a strong understanding of front-of-house financials and KPIs
- A willing attitude to help build and implement quality and consistency across the business
- Proven ability to manage the best out of your team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A love for food and beverage with an understanding of local suppliers and a focus on current & future trends
- Sense of urgency and strong self-management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Restaurant
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for the industry
