As our business continues to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Crane Supervisor/ Superintendent to join our team based in Perth, WA, on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This hands-on leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring our lifting operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Working closely with clients and crew members, you will lead daily crane operations across the Perth metro area and occasional regional sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising crane activities and operations onsite
  • Driving and leading a strong safety culture among employees
  • Conducting Safe Act Observations and facilitating toolbox/pre-start meetings
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ensuring contract and preferred hire arrangements are met
  • Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure asset utilization targets are achieved
  • Undertaking weekly/monthly reporting and submitting within deadlines
  • Providing hands-on site supervision, including crane mobilization and demobilization
  • Supporting team morale by recognizing strong performance and addressing issues as needed
  • Managing time-sheets, dockets, and all job documentation
  • Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining high-quality standards

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Crane Supervisor
  • High-Risk Work Licence (C6 or RI minimum) with Rigging and/or Crane Operating tickets
  • Experience within shutdowns, mining, construction, or maintenance projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead safety initiatives
  • Proven experience managing customer expectations and relationships
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer Skills required as well.
  • Physically fit and capable of all role requirements
  • HR Driver's Licence (preferred)
  • White Card

  • National Police Clearance (within 12 months or ability to obtain)

  • Must be an Australian citizen or hold full working rights in Australia
