JPCL is on the lookout for motivated, reliable, and hard working people to join our Garden Maintenance & Makeover division:

About the role:

You'll be working on a variety of sites including schools, commercial properties, and government facilities, Strata and memorial parks. Carrying out tasks such as:

  • Lawn mowing, edging, and hedging
  • Weeding and garden tidy ups
  • Mulching, planting and pruning
  • Garden makeovers and transformations
  • Pressure washing
  • Roof and gutter cleaning
  • Small to medium tree removal
  • Turfing, compact granite and much more.

We're looking for people who are:

Reliable, punctual and disciplined with routines

Able to work in a team, follow instructions and upkeep maintenance on vehicles and cars

Physically fit for outdoor work

Experienced in garden maintenance and or other trades and clean and tidy with the equipment

Face to face people skills

Hold a valid drivers license and can drive a trailer (or happy to learn), obtain Working with Children certificate

Recommended but not requried - Working at heights, Chain saw ticket, Can drive manual

Location: Meet at depot in Mount Kuring Gai - work across multiple locations across NSW in company vehicles

Hours of operation: 6:30am - 2:30-3pm Monday to Friday - Tuesday to Saturday
