Founded in 2006, Terroir Selections is a premium wine distributor based in the picturesque Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills. We represent an exceptional portfolio of wines, including prestigious European domaines and our own family estates—Tapanappa, Terre à Terre, and DAOSA sparkling—all renowned for their quality and craftsmanship. With a strong national presence, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and are now looking to expand our team.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to manage sales in Queensland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build on our existing customer relationships while also identifying and securing new business across the state. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on growing sales for our domestic portfolio, driving new business opportunities, and helping us promote new vintages and marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth through existing customer relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Represent and promote Terroir Selections' prestigious portfolio, including our family estates: Tapanappa, Terre à Terre, and DAOSA.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the successful release of new vintages and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key fine wine accounts and decision-makers across Queensland.
• Collaborate closely with the National Sales Team Manager to ensure alignment with overall sales strategy.

What We're Looking For:

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for fine wine, a strong track record in sales, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth in a dynamic and competitive market. Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience in wine sales, with an established network of relationships in the QLD hospitality and fine wine sectors.
• Strong wine knowledge, with a desire to continually expand and share that knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Professionalism and credibility to act as a Brand Ambassador for Terroir Selections and our esteemed portfolio.
• A valid, full driver's license and the ability to travel throughout Queensland (with strong focus on Brisbane and surroundings) as required.

Location & Reporting:

This role is based in Queensland, and you will report directly to the National Sales Team Manager based in Adelaide.
