About the Role

As an Executive Assistant - Environmental Services, you will be the key point of coordination for executive operations and leadership activities. From managing schedules and reports to supporting HR processes and business projects, your role is central to the seamless running of the business. You'll also provide guidance to the Systems & Training Administrator, helping to drive efficiency and collaboration across administrative functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the EGM's calendar, meetings, agendas, minutes and action registers.
  • Coordinating monthly board papers, leadership reporting, and end-of-month reviews.
  • Organising travel, events, workshops, and conferences across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims, and maintaining sponsorship & donations registers.
  • Supporting HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and timesheet coordination.
  • Providing coaching and support to the Systems & Training Administrator.
  • Driving process improvements and fostering collaboration across the Environmental Services business unit.

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or related field (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in senior administrative or executive support roles.
  • Experience in HR processes, financial coordination, and reporting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and ERP system skills (Pronto, SAP, Oracle desirable).
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and solve problems constructively.
  • Current driver's licence and adaptability to travel when required.
