Are you a skilled and experienced Mechanic looking for a great opportunity in beautiful North Queensland? Tully Automotive is seeking a dedicated and qualified mechanic or 4th year apprentice to join our team in Tully Nth QLD, a thriving town approx 27 kms inland from Mission Beach and Dunk Island. Known for its stunning natural surroundings and friendly community.

Well established small, busy mechanical workshop. Carrying out most aspects of mechanical work. Above award wages for the right candidate. Position is for an immediate start.

Australian citizens need only apply.

Your work hours will be Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

  1. A trade qualification in light or heavy vehicle mechanics.
  2. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Have attention to detail and be well presented.
  4. A Valid Manual Drivers licence is essential.
  5. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  6. Must have own tools
About the Role
  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing on a range of vehicles
  • Conducting detailed inspections and safety checks.
  • Wheel Alignments, Tyre Fitting and Balancing
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults and issues.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Communicating effectively with customers about their vehicle's needs.
