Enrolled Nurse

Forest Lake Lodge is seeking a reliable and passionate Enrolled Nurses to become a core member of our team. Your Permanent Role with Us:

What Your Impact Will Be:   

As a key member of our clinical team, you will be empowered to:

• Champion Resident Care: Use your clinical skills to provide outstanding, individualised care. You'll be the expert who knows our residents' preferences and can act decisively on changes to their health.
• Lead with Confidence: Support, guide and mentor our dedicated team of Personal Care Workers (PCWs), ensuring our high standards of care are met on every shift.
• Manage Clinical Responsibilities: Safe medication administration, conduct thorough assessments, and maintain clear, concise documentation and handovers.
• Be a Valued Partner: Act as a crucial link between residents, their families, and our wider clinical team, ensuring seamless communication and collaborative care planning.
• Drive Positive Change: Actively contribute your ideas and feedback to our continuous improvement plan. We listen to our team to make our home a better place to live and work.

What We're Looking For:   

We are looking for a committed professional who is ready to make Forest Lake Lodge their home base.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• A reliable and hardworking professional committed to providing exceptional aged care.
• Excellent clinical judgement and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic IT and a willingness to learn our clinical software.

Highly Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Previous experience in aged care, particularly with dementia support.
• The ability to speak Vietnamese would be a wonderful asset to our multicultural community.

New graduates with a passion for aged care and relevant placement experience are strongly encouraged to apply
