About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 modules, providing technical leadership, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business needs.
• Lead the customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure best practices for security, data management, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation of architecture, configurations, and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends.
• Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities.

Criteria Selection

• Supplier key personnel should have experience in configuring and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Supplier key personnel should have experience in integration patterns, service development (SOAP Web Services and RESTful APIs), API management (API security and usage policy definition) and SOA framework, as well as messaging formats (JSON and XML).
• Supplier key personnel should have experience in service design and working with analysts and stakeholders to define re-usable API services.
• Supplier key personnel should have experience in evaluating stakeholder requirements and developing and presenting solution options to senior management and various stakeholders.
• Supplier key personnel should have experience with Microsoft Dynamics modules, not limited to Field Service, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Supplier key personnel should have experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software solutions using Azure Stack.
• Supplier key personnel should have hands-on experience in C#, REST, Web API and Azure technologies.
• Supplier key personnel should have hands-on experience in DevOps for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps build and Release pipelines.
• Supplier key personnel should have experience in reporting for Dynamics 365, integration with Dynamics 365.
• Supplier key personnel should have experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
