We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. You'll bridge the gap between IT and business by assessing processes, determining requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Needs Analysis:

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs

  3. Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements

2. Analysis and Documentation:

  • Conduct gap analysis, process modeling, and feasibility studies
  • Develop documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional specifications
  • Use cases
  • Process flows

3. Project Support:

  • Assist project managers in planning and executing IT implementation and renewal projects
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
  • Insights and Recommendations:
  • Provide insights on IT systems, infrastructure, and service enhancements aligned with client goals
  • Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and IT optimization

5. Client Engagement:

  • Present findings and prepare reports
  • Contribute to solution design workshops

Required Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience with business analysis, process modeling, and documentation
  • Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure

This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can bridge the gap between IT and business, drive process improvements, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders.
