As part of the newly formed MGS (Mars Global Services) R&D team, we are currently seeking to appoint six (6) R&D Functional Analysts. These roles ensure the sustainability and maintenance of deployed enterprise R&D systems/ platforms in the region, across all segments (Mars Wrigley, Petcare and Food) and delivers functional support to the business. The role has responsibility for operational support in the business units by driving continuous improvements, deployment and knowledge management. The role supports the R&D Functional Expert by owning the support of key users and issue resolution in the business units.

Specialising in one or more of the following systems.;
- ** SAP QM** (Atlas)
- ** ETQ Reliance** (Nexus)
- ** Oracle Agile PLM** (Veritas)
- Recipe Optimisation systems **Hamilton Grant** (RADAR) or **Format ARA**

These are great opportunities to commence in a newly structured R&D team.

**What are we looking for?**
- Relevant Systems and Process experience
- Degree level in science, IT or equivalent industry experience (preferred not mandatory)
- Experience in an R&D function within an FMCG environment

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Change Management - Continuous improvement & New Capabilities
- Business Process - process compliance and root cause analysis of gaps with key users/end users
- Data quality - combine common data quality themes to drive evolution of data quality reporting as part of continuous improvement
- Deployment
- Super User Activities
- Knowledge Management - maintenance of key documentation, Maintenance and Continuous improvement of testing scenarios checklists
- Testing - definition of & proper translation of test cases/scenarios from Business to Dev team
