Role Description

This is a casual to full time hours, on-site Housekeeping Team Leader role located in Melbourne, VIC. The Housekeeping Team Leader will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff assignments, ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met, and coordinate with other departments. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, supervising team members, training staff on best practices, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in housekeeping, team supervision, and organizing daily cleaning operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining cleanliness quality standards
  • Ability to manage supply inventory and adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous, though not required
