Who We Are:

Community Based Rehab Team (CBRT) is a local private practice and community-based health service in Alice Springs, established in 2020. Inspired by the World Health Organization's CBRT framework, we focus on enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families, ensuring full participation and inclusion in the community. Our 'big picture' approach underpins everything we do, advocating for the health needs of community members while delivering high-quality care.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist (SP) to join our fun, professional, and vibrant team. This is an exciting and rewarding role, providing services across Alice Springs and remote Aboriginal communities. Training will be provided, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Delivering high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Writing clear, thorough reports to advocate for client outcomes.
  • Flexible work arrangements: casual, part-time, full-time, with remote outreach opportunities available.
  • Contributing to a team environment while also managing independent caseloads.
