About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lawn & Garden Maintenance Crew Member to join our team at Total Maintenance Management in Newcastle, NSW. This is position offers the opportunity to work outdoors maintaining the beautiful landscapes of our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Mowing, edging and trimming lawns to maintain a tidy and well-manicured appearance
  • Pruning and shaping shrubs, hedges and trees to keep them looking neat and healthy
  • Weeding, mulching and preparing garden beds for planting
  • Blowing and clearing leaves, clippings and other debris from walkways and driveways
  • Planting and care of gardens
  • Performing general garden maintenance tasks

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in lawn and garden maintenance, horticulture or a related field
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift for extended periods
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • A driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
