Mercedes-Benz Perth are seeking a motivated and driven individual to step into an Assistant Service Manager/Senior Service Advisor role and take the next step in their leadership journey. About you

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will be supported in growing your confidence as a leader while working closely with an experienced management team. Importantly, this role is designed as part of a clear development pathway toward becoming a Service Manager. About the role

Duties will include:

  • Engaging with the Service department team to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Train and develop the team of Service Advisors
  • Act in the Service Managers stead when needed
  • Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries
  • Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests
  • Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process
  • Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor position or in senior Service roles required
  • Ability to train, develop and lead a team of Service Advisors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Current driver's licence required
