The role is responsible for ensuring all enrolment-related processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role
- Engage with prospective families and provide information about college programs, curriculum offerings, residential life, and the enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records to ensure consistent data across Funnel and TASS.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received via phone, email, and the College website.
- Coordinate and support College Tours, Open Days and regional visits to promote the College.
About You
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with data systems and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Experience with TASS, Funnel, or similar CRM/enrolment systems is desirable.
