  • Full time, permanent position working Monday – Friday 38 hours, no weekend work
  • Work a traditional 5 day week, or a 9-day fortnight, or chose to work your hours over 4 days.
  • Start times - 3am, 5am, 6am, 8am, 10am,12pm,2pm

At the heart of our wholesale operations is a passionate team dedicated to supporting successful independent retailers across Australia and New Zealand.  Our warehouse team members are the unsung heroes—picking, packing, and dispatching the products that fill the shelves of your favourite family-owned stores. 

Our Grocery, Liquor and Perishable (Frozen/Chilled) teams are currently hiring enthusiastic and motivated warehouse pick packers in our Crestmead Distribution Centre, offering a range of shifts to suit your work/life balance.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with clear productivity goals. The role can be physically demanding and requires you to be on your feet throughout your shift, being comfortable frequently lifting and carrying bulky items (up to 20kg) plus standing for extended periods of time is important. We'll provide:

What you'll do:

  • Accurately picking and packing stock for customer orders  

    Use voice-pick technology and follow digital instructions to select the correct items from storage locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks (EPJs)  

    Safely navigate the warehouse using EPJs to transport goods, following all operational and safety procedures.

  • Meeting daily productivity targets  

    Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you'll work to achieve individual and team-based performance goals.

  • Manual handling of goods  

    Load and unload boxes weighing up to 20kg, ensuring safe lifting techniques and proper handling to prevent damage.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area  

    Keep your workspace tidy and hazard-free and strictly follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
