Business Broker – Café & Hospitality Specialist (Sydney / NSW)

Are you commercially minded with a passion for cafés, food, and small business?

Vanguard Brokerage is expanding and looking for a motivated Business Broker to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Appraise, market, and sell hospitality and service-based businesses
  • Manage the sales process from listing to settlement
  • Build strong relationships with café owners, buyers, and landlords
  • Work with a team that understands the hospitality market inside out

What You Bring:

  • Background in business sales, real estate, or hospitality management
  • NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and results-driven
