Company Description

Frontier Physiotherapy is a well-established and growing private practice with two thriving clinics across Brisbane's Bayside. Both locations benefit from strong ties to local GPs and allied health providers, with a consistent stream of new referrals and a loyal, long-term client base.

Each clinic is professionally equipped with private treatment rooms featuring sliding doors and privacy glass (no curtains). Our Thornlands clinic is also home to a fully equipped Pilates studio and gym. Travel between clinics may be required depending on rostering and preference (travel is reimbursed).

At Frontier, we are a values-driven team that delivers evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment. While our primary caseload is musculoskeletal, there are opportunities to work across neurological, paediatric, work-cover, occupational health, NDIS, and sporting populations.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated physiotherapist to join our expanding team. You will have the option to step into an existing caseload with strong continuity of care or to build your own client base with support from our team and community.

Full time and part time roles are available, with flexibility around working hours and locations. Work is available at either or both clinics depending on scheduling and preferences. Saturday morning shifts (8.00 am to 12.00 pm) may be required.

What We Offer

    uncapped commission.

About You

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or higher.
  • Current AHPRA registration (covered by us).
  • CPR, First Aid, Police Check, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Patient-centred approach with a desire to grow professionally.
  • Willing to work across both Thornlands and Manly West as needed.
  • A team player with a friendly and professional attitude.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in private practice.
  • Interest in clinical Pilates, sports rehabilitation, or occupational health.
  • Familiarity with WorkCover or NDIS caseloads.
  • Comfortable engaging with the local community and referrers.
