Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll be on the road visiting schools, building relationships, and supporting their furniture and classroom needs. You'll work closely with an experienced Sales Consultant, learning the ropes and developing the skills to manage your own accounts. If you're a people person, eager to learn, and passionate about creating inspiring learning spaces, we'd love to hear from you
Key responsibilities:
- Be a main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ensure prompt and professional responses.
- Provide administrative support to our sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting with management of customers.
- Assisting the sales team with lead generation activities, including scheduling of appointments and following up on inquiries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service process and overall customer satisfaction.
- Conducting after delivery customer satisfaction surveys and associated reporting.
- Customer warranty support.
- Management of customer issues with positive resolutions that meet the customer needs.
- Other projects or duties as required.
What we're looking for:
- A people person who enjoys meeting new people and helping others.
- Eager to learn, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable spending time on the road (company vehicle provided).
- Well-organised and able to follow through on tasks.
- Full driver's licence.
- Sales or customer service experience.
