Now, we're on the lookout for Casual Kitchen team members to join the team at Archie Brothers / Strike Bowling / Hijinx Hotel in Rundle Place, SA - people who are passionate about service, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Preparation and delivery of our walk-in menu and function food menu
  • Adhering to our high level of food presentation
  • Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness and
  • Championing kitchen health and safety

What you've got:

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
  • A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
  • A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
  • A valid WWCC or keenness to get them
