About the Role

This is not your average HR gig. You'll be part of a close-knit P&C team of five, supporting our business nationally across a broad range of generalist P&C activities. From recruitment and performance management to L&D, payroll, and exciting people initiatives, no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and brings a proactive, people-first mindset. You'll partner with leaders, drive meaningful change, and help us deliver smart, scalable HR solutions that align with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the P&C Manager and business leaders to deliver the P&C strategy
  • Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, L&D, performance, payroll, and benefits
  • Manage and escalate HR enquiries with confidence and care
  • Support national HR reporting and contribute to key people projects
  • Build strong relationships across the business and foster a positive employee experience
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and new initiatives

About You

  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working at pace
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
