Digital and AI Solutions Manager

As the Digital and AI Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in leading InfraBuild's digital transformation defining enterprise-wide architecture, AI initiatives, and strategic delivery.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable digital solutions that drive data-informed decision making, improve operational performance, and unlock long-term business value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and lead the enterprise digital and AI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Translate complex business needs into scalable digital and AI solutions across manufacturing, commercial, and distribution functions
• Establish and oversee a cross-functional AI leadership team to embed AI capabilities across all business units
• Design and govern AI and digital project delivery methodologies to ensure consistency, quality, and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders — including IT, HR, academia, and technology partners — to identify and deliver innovative solutions
• Track and report on performance metrics across AI adoption, project ROI, and capability development
• Drive the integration of digital platforms and emerging technologies to support data-centric decision-making and continuous improvement

You're a strategic and commercially minded digital leader with a passion for delivering data-driven outcomes. Naturally curious and solutions-focused, you seek to understand complex problems deeply and approach them with creativity and resilience. You combine technical depth with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to influence across all levels of the business. You value continuous learning, embrace feedback — both giving and receiving — and thrive in environments that require adaptability and perseverance.

You will bring:

• 10+ years' experience in digital architecture, data analytics, AI/ML projects, or enterprise solution design
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (Project Management certifications such as PMP or CPPM are highly regarded)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A strong sense of curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Demonstrated ability to navigate challenges and deliver large-scale digital or AI initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments
• A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to open communication and continuous feedback
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and modern integration architectures
• A deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to apply them to real-world business problems
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives across business units
