About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Production & Warehouse Assistant to support our production and warehousing activities in our Regency Park facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their production and warehousing skills. The role reports to the Production & Warehouse Supervisor and will suit someone who enjoys being hands on in a dynamic and diverse role.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on production of liquid fertilizers

Hands-on production of stock lick blocks

Ensure correct PPE is worn and appropriate for the job at hand

Operate production machinery

Operate a forklift safely to move equipment, stock, load & unload vehicles

Decanting of liquid goods into pack sizes

Packaging and Labelling

Pallet loading, wrapping and labelling

Warehouse receiving, storing, dispatch

Assisting with Stocktakes and Inventory management

Accurate Pick and Pack of Customer orders

Maintain FIFO stock picks

Support quality control and regulatory compliance, including accurate record keeping

Handle dangerous goods and chemical storage safely

Cleaning and Maintenance

Liaise with suppliers and customers when required

Container unpacks

Cleaning IBC's

Safety and Compliance

ERP system updates as required

Assist with basic machinery maintenance

Any other tasks as required and appropriate for the role

What You'll Need

Physically fit and capable of safely lifting up to 25kg

Forklift license and unrestricted driver's license

Experience in warehousing, inventory, and production

Experience handling bulk liquids with pumps and hoses – preferred but not essential

Knowledge of Work Health Safety practices and manual handling

Familiarity with chemical handling and Safety Data Sheets

Able to understand and use Standard Operating Procedures

Ability to comprehend and carry out tasks and procedures as assigned

Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams

Willingness to undertake any training required to upskill in areas lacking or to meet company requirements

A general interest in agriculture
