Are you a natural connector with a knack for finding great people? At Green by Nature, we’re on the lookout for a Sourcing Specialist to help us build strong talent pipelines and attract the best in the industry.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels
- Partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand what great looks like
- Sharing market insights and supporting recruitment campaigns

**What you’ll bring**
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media
- A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people
- Organised, curious, and proactive with an eye for detail
