The Opportunity

This role gives you the chance to manage a diverse property portfolio while working with a collaborative team. You'll be involved in day-to-day operations, process improvements, and contributing to team goals, all within a supportive office culture that values results and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse property portfolio with one multi landlord with 65 properties across 3 buildings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate inspections, leasing, and renewals efficiently and accurately
  • Support process improvements and contribute to team workflow enhancements
  • Provide timely reporting and updates on portfolio performance and tasks

Key Requirements

  • Must hold a current Agent's Rep Certificate, Driver's License, and reliable vehicle
  • Proven experience in property management
  • Familiarity with PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, tenants, and team members
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
