The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, payroll support, and compliance administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Generate client invoices and manage receivables
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and resolve discrepancies
  • Support payroll processing and superannuation reporting
  • Assist with month-end closing, audits, and compliance activities
  • Maintain financial databases and records with accuracy

About You

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years' experience in finance or accounting role
  • Solid understanding of AP/AR, GST, and compliance
  • Proficiency with Xero; experience with Astute Payroll highly desirable
  • Strong Excel and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
