ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Heavy Duty Fitter, Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent situated at our Wiluna mine site on a 14/14 FIFO roster ex Perth, you will be responsible for the mechanical installation, repairs, and maintenance on mobile plant equipment. This includes but is not limited to excavators, articulated dump trucks, loaders, graders, dozers, and trucks.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical approach. In addition, you will foster close working relationships with all stakeholders of the mine site. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience post trade qualification and have previous experience in the mining.

We are seeking a candidate who is proficient with diagnosing faults and can work autonomously throughout the site.

To be successful you will have:

· Completion of Australian recognised Heavy Duty Mechanical trade qualification

· WA HR class driving licence

· Current qualification in Tyre Fitting (Recognised in Australia)

· Air Conditioning certification

· Working at Heights and Confined Spaces certification

· Construction White Card

· Pronto experience

· Proficient with using CAT SIS & Launch Tech Tool

· High Risk Work Licence (HRWL), including:

o    Elevated Work Platform (EWP)

o    Non-slewing Mobile Crane (CN)

o    Perform Dogging (DG) licence

o    Telehandler Forklift (LF)
