Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Principal Consultant
to lead the design and implementation of
ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
for a major
Healthcare sector program
. This senior role will provide thought leadership, ensure best-practice solution design, and guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering a modern service delivery platform that improves healthcare operations and patient outcomes.

About the Opportunity

As the ServiceNow Principal Consultant, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end
    implementation of ServiceNow FSM
    , including requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee
    Work Order Management
    , including dispatching, tracking, and fulfilment of work assignments across healthcare facilities.
  • Design and configure
    appointment booking, scheduling optimisation, inventory and parts management, mobile workflows, and contractor enablement
    .
  • Act as a
    trusted advisor
    to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs, clinical priorities, and platform capabilities.
  • Provide
    strategic guidance
    on platform governance, architecture, and long-term scalability.
  • Oversee and mentor consultants, developers, and client resources across delivery phases.
  • Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and FSM accelerators to maximise value realisation.

Key Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Extensive ServiceNow experience
    (5+ years), with deep knowledge of
    Field Service Management
    and related modules (CSM, ITSM, Mobile).
  • Proven experience as a
    Principal Consultant / Lead Architect
    on at least one major FSM implementation, with strong knowledge of
    Work Order Management, scheduling optimisation, and mobile field operations
    .
  • Strong
    solution architecture skills
    , including integrations with third-party systems (CPQ, ERP, scheduling, workforce and asset management).
  • Excellent
    stakeholder engagement
    and ability to influence executive, operational, and clinical leaders.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as
    CIS – FSM, CSA, CAD, ITSM Suite Pro
    highly regarded.
  • Experience in
    large-scale transformation programs
    preferred.
