Synergie is seeking a Reach Truck Operator at Royal Park, SA.

Our client, is a global leader in HVAC manufacturing and climate control solutions, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and energy efficiency. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join the logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Working Hours: Mon- Fri ( 8am to 4pm)

Key Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently.Transport pallets and materials to designated storage locations within the warehouse.Conduct pre-start checks and routine inspections on equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, staging, and inventory management.Maintain accurate records of stock movements and ensure proper documentation.Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and operational guidelines.Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets.

Skills & Requirements

Current and valid Reach Truck / High Reach Forklift Licence.Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and load-handling best practices.Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to perform manual handling tasks as required.High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
