What you'll be doing:

  • Be the friendly face of our team—answer phones, and manage enquiries.
  • Keep things running smoothly with mail processing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and meeting support.
  • Build your digital skills with data entry and basic word processing.
  • Learn how to develop documentation.
  • Support the incident and feedback handling process.

This is an entry-level position combining study and work and is best suited to people wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification and experience with a reputable organisation.

About you and What You Will Bring:

You are a self-starter who is enrolled in a Certificate III in Business Administration and are eager to build practical skills in a supportive, fast-paced office environment.
